Welcome to Reagan Steele Jewelers. By accessing our website, visiting our store, or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and a consistent experience for every client.

Product Availability

Our website inventory updates in real time. If an item is marked as sold, it has already been purchased either in-store or online. 

In many cases, we are able to source or recreate a similar piece. If you are interested in a sold item, we encourage you to contact us directly to explore available options.

Orders & Custom Work

Orders may be placed online or in-store. Custom and special-order pieces require client approval prior to production. Once a custom design is approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible.

Deposits for custom work are non-refundable, as materials and labor are allocated specifically to each project.

Pricing

We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy across our website and in-store. In the event of an error, we stand behind the price presented at the time of purchase. 

We believe in accountability and transparency, and we honor the commitments we present to our clients.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved methods of payment.

Shipping

We process and ship orders as promptly as possible. Delivery timeliness may vary based on item type, customization, and shipping method. Reagan Steele Jewelers is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Custom, special-order, and altered items are not eligible for return.

Diamond Upgrade Policy

Reagan Steele Jewelers offers a lifetime upgrade program on natural diamonds purchased from our store.

When selecting a new natural diamond of greater value, we provide full credit of the original purchase price toward your new piece.

This policy applies to primary center diamonds and select solitaire pieces. The original diamond must be returned in its original condition, accompanied by all relevant documentation (including original grading reports, when applicable), and the new purchase must exceed the original value.

Repairs & Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. All repairs completed by Reagan Steele Jewelers are covered by a one-year warranty against workmanship issues.

When a piece is inspected, cleaned, and serviced by our team—including stone tightening—we provide coverage for stone loss due to normal wear for one year.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or excessive force (such as impact, crushing, or exposure to mechanical hazards). 

Fine jewelry requires ongoing care. We encourage regular inspections to maintain the integrity and longevity of your pieces.

Complimentary Maintenance

Jewelry purchased from Reagan Steele Jewelers includes complimentary professional cleaning and inspection at any time.

Once per year, we offer a full service including cleaning, polishing, inspection, and rhodium finishing for white gold pieces. During this process, we will assess the condition of your jewelry and recommend any necessary maintenance to ensure long-term durability. 

Jewelry Care Responsibility

Fine jewelry requires ongoing care and maintenance. We recommend periodic inspections to ensure long-term durability. Reagan Steele Jewelers is not liable for damage resulting from lack of maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

Reagan Steele Jewelers is responsible for the quality of our products and services within the scope of normal use and care. 

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss, misuse, or circumstances beyond our control.

Jewelry is subject to wear over time, and proper care and maintenance are the responsibility of the owner.

Updates

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revisions.
